Getting Started
The City of Wilmington provides a $200 safety shoe subsidy per year. Employees are responsible for any costs exceeding the $200 subsidy at checkout.
Employees may purchase multiple pairs of shoes and accessories, provided the total does not exceed the annual subsidy amount (unless paying the difference at checkout).
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
All orders placed through the website can take 2 to 2½ weeks to be delivered, depending on availability. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, some items may be temporarily out of stock or placed on backorder. The website does not display expected restock dates.
You will only be contacted if your order is backordered beyond the normal 2 to 2½ week delivery timeframe. If you do not hear from us, your order is processing as expected.
Availability

Should there be any issues with your order outside of the standard 2 to 2½ week delivery window, we will contact you with updates.
